     ​Meet us at Synergy Retreat Centre in Uvita, Costa Rica where the lush, mountainous rainforest meets the ocean and the sound of the birds soothes your soul.
     We have found a special, private, retreat centre that backs onto the Uvita River, is a 10 minute walk from a waterfall and swimming hole, and only a 10 minute drive from the beach.
We will have exclusive access to Synergy with a private chef and concierge, making it feel like our home for the week as we spend time together building a strong sense of community and friendship.
     Retreats offer a special opportunity to rest and receive nourishment on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) by being connected to nature, movement, breath, and fresh, nutrient dense food. The location, the sounds of the jungle and nearby river, the gourmet meals, the theming of each practice, the soul session inquiries, and the activities we do will all be thoughtful, meaningful, and offer the chance to heal, grow, and relax all while maintaining a sense of joy and freedom to be yourself, and have fun.

Pricing for the retreat is based on the accommodations that you choose upon registration. There are several options for private, shared, and semi-dorm style rooms all with varying prices. Prices range from $2275-$2775 USD all inclusive.
Accommodations are limited in quantity and we are only releasing 13 beds at this time! You can choose both your suite and your bed, so there is an advantage to signing up early and getting the room of your choice. Please let us know upon booking which room you would like. Some are great for sharing with a friend and others offer more privacy.

Accommodations:

Flower of Life: $2375 based on double occupancy
The Flower of Life is a comfortable and stylish room with a private bathroom. It contain two stacked beds with extra-thick, deluxe pillowtop mattresses, a large closet with shelves and drawers, a couch seating area and a private bathroom. It shares a patio with the adjacent Hamsa room, a secluded nook to relax and to enjoy the sights and sounds of the lush surrounding nature.

Private Single Rooms: $2275
2 new private rooms in their own building, each with a single bed. These two rooms share a bathroom with joined doors at the back of the building.

Private Single Rooms: $2575 single occupancy
Brand new, beautifully decorated, private Queen room with private bathroom and patio area. Photos to come soon!

Semi-Dorm: $2075
On the ground floor of Synergy’s expansive elevated yoga deck are 3 ‘semi-dorm’ rooms, with 2 full sized beds, and 1 twin. Beds are separated by a partial bamboo wall and called ‘semi-dorm’ since they each have their own doors for privacy but they share the same central area and bathroom.

Rhonda Loggains

I love creating meaningful experiences for people to learn about themselves and feel empowered to grow. Retreats offer a very special opportunity to really get to know ourselves in a new way. 

I am warm and welcoming and want every person to have the tools they need to navigate their own life's challenges. I use a combination of safe and strong movement practices, breathwork, meditation, mindset, and self-myofascial release to explore the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being.

My hope is that everyone feels comfortable to come as they are and feel supported as they find what works best for them on their journey of self-healing.

Emma Gourlie

My n​ame is Emma and I am a Creator, Space Holder, Energy Facilitator and Embodied Movement teacher who primarily works with women seeking to find their way back home to their bodies, bring harmony to their nervous system and find belonging through movement, ritual and community.
​
​I love weaving Mysticism and Astrology into my offerings along with the energy of the Moon. There is so much wisdom to be gained by awakening to the phases of the natural world around us.
​
Whether it’s through a movement class, sound journey, private session or Women’s Circle, I am here to hold space and witness you. I will meet you where you are at and support you as your journey unfolds.
